Conditions for admission

Mulhouse’s MIAGE leads to a fundamental university Bachelor’s degree and a Professional university Master’s degree. All courses are taught in French. The admission to this selective formation of excellence in final year of Bachelor (L3) and in the first (M1) and second year (M2) of Master is only based on student report. A selection board, which takes not only into account of the candidates’ records but also their motivation, will examine this report.

Enter the L3 MIAGE in Mulhouse

The final year of Bachelor with a specialty in computer science, MIAGE department is accessible for students after two academic years of computer science (BAC+2). It is particularly appropriate for students in second year in Computer Science Bachelor’s degree (including the one in Mulhouse) and students in Technology Degree (DUT) in computer science (including the one in Belfort and in Illkirch). It is also accessible for students in preparatory classes with good skills in algorithmic and programming.

Students who are not admitted can be re-oriented in the second year of Bachelor and consolidate their knowledge and thus have the best chance to be admitted to the L3 MIAGE the next year. Students holding a non-computer science BAC+2 with basic knowledge in programming can also apply for the second computer science Bachelor year.

In each case, the admission is based on student report.

Entering the M1 MIAGE in Mulhouse

The entry in the first year of Master’s degree, MIAGE specialty requires of course a MIAGE Bachelor’s degree, provided the necessary skills to pursue the studies have been required. It is also accessible for students who have a Computer science Bachelor’s degree, whose course made it possible to acquire skills in business administration.

In both cases, the admission is based on student report.

Start of the application campaign: 23 April 2018
End of the application campaign: 2 June 2018

The registration of the successful candidates has to be done between the 5 and the 21 July.

Beyond 21 July, unless derogation is granted, the candidates who are not registered will be considered as resigning.

Entering the M2 MIAGE in Mulhouse

Students having the M1 MIAGE from Mulhouse enter the M2 MIAGE automatically. Based on student report only, is also open, to students with another French M1 MIAGE.
